When you submit a photo to Faces of Evanston, it may take a couple of days for it to appear on the site.

To guard against the -- hopefully remote -- possibility that anyone would submit an unsuitable photo, the images are checked by contest staff before being made visible to site visitors.

It can take a couple of days for our volunteers to get around to the task, so please be patient when checking back to see if your photo has gone live.
